At Performeks we believe that public and private organizations need a new brand of information strategy to meet their performance goals. We call this “information readiness”—a strategic response to the ever increasing demand for transparency and disclosure. Without information readiness, it would be difficult for public and private organizations to maintain their reputational, political and market successes.

To build information readiness, public agencies and private corporations must recognize four major challenges.
